Vällingby Ridcenter offers riding lessons on ponies and horses for children from 4 years old, as well as for teenagers and adults. The program includes everything from pony play and beginners' groups to specialized groups in dressage and jumping. Lessons are conducted on a term basis and include both practical riding and theoretical horse knowledge at Grimsta Ridanläggning. Students develop their seat, balance, and ability to influence the horse in a safe environment where the horse's well-being is the focus.
