In the skating school, children from around three years old and up learn the basics of skating in a fun and developmental way. Training takes place in groups such as the Penguins, Polar Bears, and Snow Stars, based on skill level, where they can earn Leo badges in eight different levels. Participants learn balance, gliding, stopping, and turning under the guidance of trained coaches, with the opportunity to take part in a Christmas show at the end of the term. Parents are encouraged to cheer from the stands while the children progress step by step on the ice.
