Simskola på Neptun offers swimming lessons for children aged 4 to 18 in several swimming pools across Stockholm. The program focuses on water confidence, safety, and technical development in the strokes of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Courses are divided into levels, from Baddaren for beginners to Hajen Guld and stroke courses for older children aiming to achieve full swimming proficiency. Lessons take place in both teaching pools and deep pools, with at least 15 sessions per term.
