Parkour Höstlovsläger Södermalm

During the autumn break, a parkour camp will be held at Kanalhallen in Södermalm for children aged 6 to 13. Participants will train in disciplines such as vaults, precision, wall runs, and flips through inspiring courses that challenge their imagination. Each day features a specific theme like fire, earth, water, or air to develop different movement patterns. The camp runs from 09:00 to 16:00, and participants are typically divided into smaller age groups.
