Grundskolan (ROG)
The basic course focuses on training in game situations as quickly as possible, where technique and tactics go hand in hand from the very first lesson. The program follows the tennis federation's levels for red, orange, and green balls (ROG). Students are introduced to match play both internally and with other clubs. Those who show extra commitment and interest may be offered an additional training session each week.
