Danskurser på Saltsjöbadsbaletten (7-9år)

For children aged 7-9, we offer courses in ballet and show jazz where students can practice technique, rhythm, and timing in a playful manner. Ballet includes exercises at the barre and acting, while show jazz focuses on lively dances to develop body control. There is also an option to join the Förberedande Danslinjen, which combines both styles twice a week. The activities take place at Danshuset on Saltsjöbadens IP and often conclude with grand performances.
